School Fees and Charges for the Academic Year 2024 - 2025

School fees per term

Our School Fees for each term are as follows. We have three terms in each academic year, which include Autumn, Spring, and Summer.

* All full day fees are inclusive of lunches. Extra charges for one-to-one musical instrument tuition, breakfast club and after school clubs are charged through our school app Cognita Connect.

All Nursery Fees shown above are exempt from VAT.
Fees are subject to an annual review, which usually takes place in April. The new academic year’s fees will be published on this webpage during the Summer Term.

The Fees above are for the Spring and Summer Terms 2024/25. The Tuition Fees are inclusive of VAT which is effective from 1st January 2025. Lunch Fees are exempt from VAT.

Registration and acceptance fees

A £125 non-refundable registration fee is required to register for a place at the school and a £400 deposit is required upon acceptance of a place.

Although we charge fees termly there is an option to pay monthly via direct debit with School Fee Plan.


Fees are subject to an annual increase and take effect in September.

Please note that a £400 Administration Fee is charged for late notice.

Discounts

The school is able to claim a contribution to fees for all eligible children from Essex County Council in accordance with their Early Years Development Plan.


A 5% discount is available for siblings.

INTERNATIONAL PUPIL FEES

We welcome international pupils to our school

International pupils who receive an offer to study at Oxford House School will be asked to accept their place by completing and returning an acceptance form and paying a deposit equal to one term’s fees.

The international deposit will be returned at the end of a pupil’s time at the school, providing appropriate notice has been given and all fees have been settled.
